RI-19-020 - Research Assistant
- We are seeking a Research Assistant to join the Orthopaedic/Plastic Surgery Research Team. The successful candidate will be involved in several studies, under the supervision of the research coordinator and the principal investigators. Possible duties include: participant identification, recruitment and consenting, upkeep of regulatory documentation and data entry, study administration and organization, data management.

Creative and resourceful, the RI Director of Communications will be an outstanding storyteller – helping to enhance collaboration and inform scientists, investigators, RI staff and our community, regarding the world class research that is taking place at the CHEO RI.

RI-19-022 - Contracts Specialist
- The CHEO Research Institute (CHEO RI) is the research arm of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario and an affiliated institute of the University of Ottawa. CHEO is a beloved institution that is widely recognized for being an anchor in our community. The CHEO Research Institute works to create new knowledge and evidence to help provide the world-class care that CHEO is known for. Research at CHEO covers a full spectrum of pediatric topics, but is focused on those problems that significantly affect the health of our children.
RI-19-023 - Methodologist/Junior Statistician
- The methodologist/junior statistician will interact with clinical study teams to answer important investigator-initiated study questions. As a member of a team of experienced biostatisticians and methodologists, s/he will assist researchers to determine requirements, prepare statistical analysis plans and conduct statistical analyses, and prepare reports. S/he will have the opportunity to work with child health researchers locally at CHEO and across provincial and in some cases national networks. This individual will be an integral member of the Clinical Research Unit team at the CHEO Research Institute.
