RI-18-008- Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the CHEO Research Institute - The Executive Assistant ensures the efficient operation of both the Chief Executive Officer’s office and the Chief Operating Officer’s office by providing administrative support which includes the development of relationships, the planning and execution of special projects, and prioritizing of internal and external requests. This role is an integral part of the executive team of the RI. It is a high profile position requiring integrity, professionalism and dedication.

RI-18-001 - Research Coordinator - The Research Coordinator will play a vital role in the success of large clinical trials being led by the CHEO ED Research Group across Canada and other trials occurring within the Emergency Department of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario.

RI-18-013 - Research Coordinator - NEWBORN SCREENING ONTARIO - The Research Coordinator coordinates multiple research studies for various Principal Investigators and manages research operations as part of the Newborn Screening Ontario program. This would include, but is not limited to, grant applications, ethics applications, contracts, project planning and logistics, preparation of study materials, administration of the studies, participant recruitment and enrollment, management of data collection, data analysis, budgetary monitoring, training and supervision of study personnel, publications/posters/presentations, and overall project management.
