Current Research:
Emergency Department based research. Currently involved in proposals related to the treatment of Bronchiolitis, Asthma , Breast Feeding and Concussion. Past national coordinator for the CanBEST project – A randomized controlled trial of epinephrine and dexamethasone in the treatment of bronchiolitis. Currently a member of the steering committee for the next phase of CanBEST. A member of the research team looking into Post Concussion Syndrome in Pediatric emergency department’s. Past National Coordinator on the CATCH project – deriving a clinical decision rule for the use of catSCAN in children with minor head injuries.

Biography:
Rhonda Correll is the Chief Operating Officer of the CHEO Research Institute and a Research Manager for the Emergency Department research group. Her background is in Nursing and she has an extensive experience coordinating clinical research and assisting investigators with developing their research.
